What is your billing policy?

We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping as calculated and shown in your cart. Payments are processed through PayPal’s or Stripe’s SSL secured offsite transaction processing engine. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with us is safe! PayPal accepts PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You’ll be taken to the PayPal site where you do not need to register an account if you don’t have one. You can pay one time by credit card by choosing the “Don’t have a PayPal account option”.

Where do your items ship from?

Depending on your order, we will ship from one of our partner production facilities in the United States. All of our items, unless clearly noted, are made in the USA and ship from USA facilities.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided for all United States orders within 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out. To find your status tracker, please check your confirmation email.

Do you make these yourself?

I design them myself, but I don’t have the capacity to manufacture them myself. Some designs are completely original and some are based on design templates purchased for commercial use and customized to make them unique.

When will I get my order?

Our products are made-to-order and printed on-demand, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can’t guarantee that. All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order. The average wait times vary for each country. We ship USPS and people in the U.S. should expect their shirt to arrive at their door from 3-5 business days after ordering RUSH service and 5-8 business days STANDARD.

What is your return policy?

Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts they are defective in the original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the t-shirt. We can only offer a 100% refund for defective/poor quality orders because these products are custom prints and made-to-order. Therefore, if you have mistakenly given us the wrong size or if you receive the size you wanted but are not happy with the fit, these are not grounds for a return. We can take back t-shirts that do not fit or you simply want to return for a $7 restocking fee, or a $15 restocking fee for Hoodies. tWe offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy, but it is your responsibility to order correctly.
